Mark Williamson – Chief Financial Officer
Mark joined International Power in September 2000 from Simon Group plc as Group Financial Controller. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2003 and his responsibilities include financial control and reporting, tax and risk management. Mark was appointed to the Board of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC as a Non-Executive Director in July 2007.
